Candidate Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Candidate Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Navero assessment and screening platform.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Services
Navero provides online assessments and screening tools to support employers’ hiring decisions. The Services are for personal, individual use only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
4. Assessment Rules
To ensure fairness:
- Assessments must be completed in full-screen mode;
- Screen sharing, webcam, and microphone access are required during the session;
- Switching applications or tabs may trigger warnings;
- After repeated warnings, an assessment may automatically end.
These rules are disclosed before the assessment begins.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use your real identity and accurate information;
- Complete assessments independently;
- Not copy, record, share, or distribute assessment content;
- Not attempt to bypass or interfere with platform controls.
6. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Create multiple or fraudulent accounts;
- Reverse-engineer or misuse the platform;
- Share assessment content with others;
- Use the Services to build competing products.
7. Candidate Data & Ownership
Your personal data and assessment responses remain yours.
You grant Navero a limited, non-exclusive right to:
- Process and store your data solely to deliver assessments;
- Share results with the employer for the role you applied to;
- Maintain audit records for integrity and dispute resolution;
- Use anonymised data only to improve the service.
Navero does not sell candidate data.
8. Talent Pool (Optional)
If you opt into the Navero Talent Pool, your profile may be shown to other employers. You may opt out at any time.
9. Deletion
You may request deletion of your data by contacting contact@navero.me. Data already shared with an employer as part of an application may remain with that employer under their own retention policies.
10. Availability & Beta Features
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. Some features may be experimental and provided without guarantees.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is". Navero does not guarantee hiring outcomes or uninterrupted access.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
